FIBER PRODUCTION Company is a leader in the production of regenerated RW fiber, which has been successfully operating on the market since 2008. We are based in Uzbekistan, in the city of Tashkent, where our ultra-modern production facility is located, equipped with two technological machines. Our capacity allows us to produce up to 350 tons of regenerated fiber per month, making us one of the largest producers of RW wool in Uzbekistan.

We are proud of our 21,000 production area and modern warehouse for storage of finished products, which ensures reliable and prompt supply of our raw materials. Delivery to CIS countries is carried out by truck, which allows us to deliver our products to our customers promptly and efficiently.

Our regenerated RV fiber is 95% cotton, which emphasizes our commitment to creating high quality and environmentally friendly materials. We are constantly introducing advanced technologies and innovative production methods to ensure the highest quality of our products.

The history of the creation of regenerated fiber goes back to the deep past and is linked to the constant need for innovative materials for the textile industry. In the 19th century, the first attempts were made to create artificial fibers that could be an alternative to natural materials such as wool, cotton and silk. The idea was to develop a material with strength and stability, while being more affordable and easier to produce.

The first breakthroughs in regenerated fibers were made in the late 19th and early 20th century with the invention of materials such as viscose and cupron. These materials used plant or mineral sources such as cellulose and copper, which were converted into fibers through chemical processes.

Over time, the technologies for producing regenerated fibers have become more advanced and new materials such as modal, lansing, tencel and many others with different properties and applications have been introduced in the market.
